Each production phase is carried out at De Rigo in full compliance with international standards required by single markets: EN 1836 for sunglasses (personal protective equipment) in Europe, ANSI Z80.3 in America, AS/NZS 1067 in Australia, and ISO 12870 for spectacle frames, medical devices.
In addition to these international standards, the entire production chain is subject to strict quality standards that are applied within De Rigo. From the design of the product to its industrialization, from the selection and certification of materials up to logistics and customer service, each phase of the process undergoes continuous controls to ensure the highest quality and accuracy standards.
Feasibility studies, design and industrialization, selection and certification of materials, constant feedback flows, along with the management and distribution of external/internal information, are only some of the key steps of the quality services offered by De Rigo Vision.
We believe that to focus on process control can ensure product quality; yet, this would not be sufficient if it did not come together with constant staff training, department efficiency, self-control, management and care of one's job, quality of materials and equipment.
The company's commitment to excellence does not end when the product leaves the factory; rather, it continues with a well-developed after-sales, customer care and replacement service, which thereby satisfies the needs of the market and offers a comprehensive service.
