Tuesday 4 May 2016, De Rigo and Trussardi Eyewear presented the new sunglasses collection during a special evening in the heart of Milan.
The event, held at Salmoiraghi & Viganò's flagship store in Piazza San Babila, featured the special guests Levante, the young Italian singer-songwriter, and David Trezeguet, the famous French footballer, who have been chosen by Trussardi Eyewear to represent its new men's and women's line of sunglasses through the #VisionaryElegance digital project.
A play on words and meanings is the hashtag for this online initiative. The word “Visionary” clearly recalls two key concepts: “Vision” as the function and capacity to see, and “Visionary”, i.e. the aptitude to see beyond, the special gift of the “talented”. In the name of this project, this double meaning harmoniously blends with the Trussardi idea of elegance and the talent of its two ambassadors.
The guests included Tomaso Trussardi, Aurora Ramazzotti, the Italian rapper and songwriter Ghemon and the DJ Bianca Weiss.
