Recognition that formalises the eyewear group's commitment to inclusion, equal growth and the value of people
De Rigo Vision S.p.A., a world leader in the eyewear sector with a history rooted in the heart of the Veneto Dolomites since 1978, is proud to announce that it has obtained Gender Equality Certification in accordance with the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Reference Practice.
Obtaining this official certification is not only a regulatory milestone, but also the formalisation of a corporate culture that has always placed people, with their talents and aptitudes, at the centre of its vision, regardless of gender, role or location. De Rigo, which has been bringing the tradition and style of Italian eyewear to the world for decades, has demonstrated a strategic and measurable commitment to equity, inclusion and respect in every business process.
De Rigo's history has always been linked to the value of its people. A particularly significant fact is that over 65% of the Group's total workforce is made up of women. The certification, issued by Bureau Veritas Italia, recognises the effectiveness of the measures taken by the company to reduce the gender gap in all areas of the business.
